1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CustomCore provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile apps, business automation, and API integrations. The scope of each project is defined in a separate agreement or proposal between CustomCore and the client.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscription clients are billed monthly on the agreed billing date.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the agreed amounts.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced specifically for their project. CustomCore retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary code used in delivering the services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

CustomCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription or engagement with 30 days written notice. CustomCore reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
